Electrical testing, commissioning and landlord certificates Newhaven.
At JRH we specialise in electrical testing and commissioning as safety is our core aim. All our testers are fully qualified with 2391 city and guilds electrical inspection and testing and are current with the 18th edition wiring regulations. We work to a very high standard and only use test equipment which is calibrated annually to maintain our accuracy of our measurements and readings.
If your existing property/building which could be domestic or commercial, requires a electrical safety test/certificate then a Electrical installation condition report is required. This report will cover the whole electrical system, all final circuits, earthing arrangements, distribution/fuse boards, visual inspections, dead testing and finally live testing. Any problems that arise will be flagged up and discussed with solutions to rectify the non conforming issues or faults to be addressed. On completion of the testing, inspection and commissioning process a full report will be typed up and issued electronically, a hard copy by post or both if preferred.
So if you're looking for a electrical company in Newhaven with many years experience in the electrical trade then look no further than JRH Electrical Ltd. Whether it’s a query or a quote, pick up the phone and call 07970464984 today or visit our contact page or send us an email.
An EIC is a Electrical installation certificate required for new builds, (commercial or domestic)re-wires, distribution/fuse board changes and new circuits added to a current installation. JRH Electrical can test other peoples work but the NICEIC platinum promise will not cover the works. JRH Electrical works are covered for 6 years through this scheme so it is advised for peace of mind to use a approved contractor like ourselfs. The testing process again checks that standards are met on the installation process, correct methods and materials have been used to conform with the 18th edition working regulations. On completion of the commissioning process the certificate will be typed up and issued directly to the client electronically or a hard copy or both.
MINOR WORKS CERTIFICATE.
JRH Electrical can issue a minor works certificate for the smaller jobs i.e. an extra socket, renew a light fitting or minor alterations to current circuits. That circuit is tested and the readings and measurements are recorded along with the fuse board and protective devices test results for your piece of mind. Again the certificate will be issued electronically, a hard copy or both.
